(Important!) Wipe the lid and bowl edges to keep completely dry before use!

1. Fix half of the lids over one edge of the container. Start on the side closet to your body (make sure the container edge is dry).

2. Hold the grip on the other side, stretching
 in the opposite direction of your body,
inching your way around the bowl.

3. Stretch to fit the container and cover it (make sure not exceed the lid's maximum stretchy size).

4. Pull the sides to ensure a perfect fit to create a vacuum seal.
